A very happy "stupid" blue girl named Charlotte who just moved in from Vermont to Clamburg goes to her first day of school. After seeing a student get tossed by the giant kitty, charlotte goes into her classroom which is classroom 4. She meets her teacher Mr Milk, which tells her not to sit in a specific chair that is on the left. Marion tells Charlotte to watch out for a certain girl, who makes things, hidious things. It is than revealed that it is a green girl named Vendetta who has a body guard fiend named grudge. Charlotte tries to "befriend" Vendetta by saying that Vendetta is a pretty name and asked if its french, Charlotte eventually believes that Vendetta is her friend. During recess, Vendetta gets annoyed by Charlotte due to her happiness, so Vendetta makes a fiend for show and tell to exterminate Charlotte. The next day at show and tell, Charlotte shows her hamster, Buttons, and a rock that Vendetta gave her. Vendetta brought a Tentacle, squid-like fiend, which Charlotte immediately thought was a monkey. The fiend tangles and grabs Charlotte out to the yard, holding her in its tentacles. Then Vendetta and Grudge leaves to go eat so Ice Clam Cones. Just when the fiend was going to eat Charlotte, The Giant Kitty scares the Tentacle fiend releasing Charlotte. When Charlotte introduces Buttons to the Giant Kitty, it starts chasing Buttons and accidentally destroys lots of fiends of school yard. Vendetta returns to the school and sees that Charlotte is still alive. Charlotte declares that she and Vendetta are "going to be best friends forever and ever," This leaves Vendetta jaw dropped knowing she has a new enemy.
